Tai Chi Sessions with an experienced instructor
The workshops will begin with gentle warming up exercises, and then combine a short sequence of flowing movements of Tai Chi with relaxing Qi Gong breathing exercises. This would provide participants with a sense of what Tai Chi is, what it does and how regular practice has numerous benefits on health and wellbeing.
Our instructor has many years of experience teaching and practicing Tai Chi (learned first in the early 1980’s in Japan) She has taught groups of individuals and companies in Hong Kong, Mexico, Spain and the UK. She holds level certificates from Japan, teaching qualifications and a Masters degree in Asian Studies from the University of Hong Kong. In Spain, she ran her own Tai Chi association for almost 10 years with regular classes and events such as World Tai Chi Day and Tai Chi for Peace demonstrations.
